*raises hand* It's doing the same thing for me too, specifically on my desktop - mobile is still fine. Twitter will probably be like Reddit soon where various pages are locked for users that are not signed in.

OP--it's doing it on mobile for me but I'm accessing it through a browser and not the app. I figured out a slow work around but it probably won't work forever and it makes it as much work as people saying twitter isn't designed to be used without an account say it is.
