I just like even numbers in general. I don't have any superstitions about it, more like an OCD need for everything to be even.

I do this whenever I see a number being close to a tens number (like if I see something at 59 I have an urge to bump it to 60 so it'll be even). Not just for fics but with likes in general.

That's fair! I think the show hits its stride when going for a very different tone from the movie, and the writing is a bit weaker in general. I hope you can find something you enjoy watching.

I think I only like the film because Bong Joon-ho directed it. The premise sounded ridiculous when I first read about it, I'm not at all interested in the source material or spinoffs.

It's the exact opposite with me. I was so looking forward to the movie and I didn#t connect with it or any of the characters, whereas I only gave the show a try for the actors and I couldn't stop watching and the characters and their arcs are so good!

I almost hate to ask - given that I strongly dislike the kink - but I wonder if there's a distinction here between omorashi specifically, and piss play more generally. I gather that, with piss play, the norm is to do it in a bathroom or put down a tarp or whatever. But maybe that's not the case with omorashi.

I mean either way, it's not at all my scene.

You see, that's interesting. Because a lot of people feel like Tara's death is a bad example *because* it was so rdom. It didn't grow out of her character arc the way, say, Wash's death in Serenity did. So the narrative didn't earn it.
