Do you have any real life examples of this? Because I don't think this actually happened in medieval times. Kings were often rude, even the adult ones. Unless everyone involved was an idiot (that is to say, rulers on both sides AND their noble supporters), you don't go to war because someone was rude to you. You might be rude to people with whom you already have a great deal of political tension, but the rudeness isn't what actually kicks off the war.
