Nicholas Brendan was arrested for domestic assault, among many, many other things. I've got fuzzy recollections of other cast and crew members having their own issues, but I'd have to do some research to see if any of them were objectively worse than an extramarital affair that ended in reconciliation and the married couple starting a nail polish company with their friends. Either way, Boreanz is at most a distant third behind Whedon and Brendan.

He absolutely has, and while that doesn't get him off the hook for choking out his girlfriend in a hotel room (or the other a&b, grand theft, etc.), I do hope he can get the support he needs to get on the wagon and stay there.
