Yep. According to the current literature, it's estimated that 1-2% of men have some kind of attraction to minors. As of May 27th, 2020, the number of men on the planet is estimated to be something like 3,776,294,273. So on the lower end, there are 37M (million) who are attracted to minors in some way, and on the upper end it's closer to 75M.

(By the way, the younger the attraction, the rarer it is. So someone who's interested in prepubescent children is rarer than someone who's into teenagers.)

Now, let's look at US statistics. I'm going to be using the Child Maltreatment Statistics for 2019, published on January 14th, 2021 by the Administration for Children & Families. Including duplicate counts (cases in which a child suffered multiple kinds of abuse), the number of CSA victims was 60,927.

(Apropos of nothing: The national rounded number of child maltreatment victims in the United States decreased from 677,000 to 656,000 between federal fiscal years 2018 and 2019.)

Courtesy of Google, it's estimated that there are 161.6M men (or "males," specifically) in the United States, meaning 1.61M to 3.22M have some kind of attraction to minors. Were there a significant correlation with this condition and CSA, you would expect the number of CSA cases to be much higher. Yes, underreporting is likely an issue - but the sheer disparity between 61,000 and one million should speak for itself.

As such, it can generally be concluded that minor attraction and perpetrating abuse have little to do with one another. As someone else said, the abuse of children has much more to do with preying on the weak and vulnerable than it does an inherent attraction (though the two do occasionally overlap).
