How about Calibre? You can download fics from AO3, wattpad and ffn, have your tags, even download AO3 series as one fic. For those series with 2K stories lol. You can also check for updates using Calibre. I'm not sure about quoting though.

One more reason to use Calibre besides backing up my ebooks. If/when I get a computer again, I will probably do this.
