wow. Lot of self important secrets today. I would be impressed with your accomplishments if you weren't such a dick.

104.) I pretty much agree. I read the first two volumes, but so far, the story is boring, the characters aren't that interesting (I don't even know what's going on anymore). But the art is pretty, and I'm going to finish reading what's been released before I make any final judgments, but yeah, it's disappointing.

168.) I don't like how you worded your secret, but sometimes, I wish that anime fans would put their education before their hobbies too. Anime/Manga/Video Games is already an expensive hobby even without extra ones like cosplaying, figure collecting, creating artwork, etc.

I think people should try to get themselves financially stable instead of living paycheck to paycheck before dumping $800 on a cosplay or something, but that's just me. People can spend their money how they want.

First of all, I'm a huge saver, so Rose wasn't ever that annoying to me because I wouldn't save just when I was turning off the game, or when I was anticipating a big boss fight or dramatic scene. Secondly, considering the meta themes of the game, I felt that the player was supposed to feel somewhat hostile to Rose. After all, she represents Raiden's fictional (but real to him) life, and Raiden's independence from the player. This is naturally against our own interests.

Finally, even though I liked Raiden, MAN did I also think of him as a nasal-voiced, pissy little punk. So Rose bugging Raiden wasn't irritating, it was justice.

Although JP/Craig was my favourite Hollyoaks storyline, there have definitely been other great ones. Hannah's eating disorder and the Andy the rapist storylines come to mind. Both of which were really, really amazing. (...When Andy died running into that spike. It was.. Wow.) Oh and the Clare storyline was awesome too. :O

164. Yea I agree. I was pretty pissed off when I saw that Bobby had to be there to stop Sam and Dean from killing each other... apparently the writers are just too lazy to come up with better way of getting the brothers out of trouble.

Psst! I can't beat it either! Once it got to the parts where you actually have to have good timing and coordination instead of just the ability to figure the puzzles out, I started failing hard. As a rule, though, I tend to suck at any game that isn't strategy-based or an RPG.

168 - I've had to give up a lot of cosplay ideas to go to school to be something that pays well. I think people who spend every last dollar on something like that and don't get an education are wasting their lives. However, there's nothing wrong with saving up to make a costume you really like, either. I mean, if you can create something like that, isn't it worth being proud of? I sure think so. Unfortunately, the cosplay community is full of elitists and people who think so highly of themselves, they can't even deign to give other people the time of day. Fuck, it's just cosplay.

I came back to seriously following Hollyoaks when I found out about McDean (watched feverishly for a while, then came back to the States and only vaguely followed things for 2 years) and got more and more invested in the characters I loved originally, but I just can't get into the new characters as much (namely, everyone you included in your secret besides Darren. Because Darren is still my badboy crush :D)

I would have given my right arm and my cable subscription if either of them had a phone conversation with their S.O. akin to Shandi and her boyfriend's conversation in season 2 of America's Next Top Model. If reality television wants me to care about the sex lives of their contestants, at least make it LULZworthy.

Yeah, I understand where it's not everyone's idea of BEST MOVIE EVAR (hell, I didn't like it the first time I saw it), but it just makes me sad that it seems to get looked over so often, idk.

151. I ship Garak/Bashir so hard, but I also adore Garak's relationship with Ziyal. I know the writers (or at least some of them) intended her to be Garak's girlfriend to break up the slash, but I think Andrew Robinson managed to make the relationship something platonic and beautiful instead, and I'm really happy about that.

I really liked Kamina because I thought he was a brilliant parody of that whole super robot protagonist stereotype, and sort of lost interest after he died (which is apparently in violation the TEN COMMANDMENTS OF ANIME FANDOM or some shit). I don't really like the show, but I love the character design and the art direction, so I bought the first dvd anyway. I can totally relate to your feeling of persecution from rabid fans.
