Over the top perviness, like where Character A breathes and Character B gets a hard on. It's just so over the top.

I think I disagree with this one. If the writer is decent, OTT horniness can be delicious. That said, there is definitely still a threshold where it becomes ridiculous. I just think the ability of the writer does a lot to determine where that threshold is.

I love writing characters who are absolutely ferally hot for each other - but you have to convey that emotionally.

Also, if they're behaving in a way that I find super immature and/or wildly inappropriate that's going to get a nope from me.

Like if the character gets so turned on at the dinner table that they start rubbing one out under the table with other people right there, I just can't with that. Desperate horny wanking is very much one of my kinks, but for the love of god can they please not start jacking it in wildly inappropriate places? Have them excuse themselves to the bathroom like a horny adult who respects other people's right to not be unwitting party to their wanking.
