Well, it's sort of a running joke how the others talk about how pretentious they are about their music all the time.

Just because it's a running joke doesn't mean they aren't pretentious. I'd argue they're more pretentious than Penelope, who tends to keep her aloofness to herself, more often than not.

Except that the reason she annoys me so much is that she doesn't seem to think she is. At least on the scattered occasions when the rest of them are, they know it.
