104. When I started reading Holmes at the beginning of the year, one of the first things I did was check to see if it was going to be a movie. I think what's hilarious is it's going to be based on an "unpublished comic". because lol what might as well say it's a freshly awful idea.

ALSO I KIND OF WISH IT WAS LIKE...HOLMES WAS BROUGHT BACK FROM THE DEAD OR SOMETHING (i think that's been done before) because that would make me less sad.

My problem is more with the movie itself than the fandom that will come from it.

119- THIS! although mostly JJ/Cook.... But yeah Cook/Freddie is epic too... IDK it's just the whole dynamic between the boys that's awesome this series... I LOVE THEM. When people start saying they miss the old cast I'm always like "but um look at the awesome dynamic between the boys this season!" because that's something I don't think the last 2 series really had.... although Tony/Sid was ridiculously epic...

Not the OP, but just musing--Holmes kind of is an egotistical drug addict, though to the best of my knowledge he's not an alcoholic. So... even if that really is all RDJ plays, which I know it isn't... wouldn't that logically make him the best possible choice for the role?
