If you believed that being a well-dressed piece of eye candy was the greatest aspiration any woman could have, insisted that all girls should want to be princesses, etc., etc., you'd be a shitty feminist. Wishing you could have been a princess when you were a little girl is no big deal.

166- I kind of disagree. I was put off by Penelope's "I'm right and you're stupid" attitude about Wil's belief in the afterlife. She gets make-up points for apologizing, but any character that sincerely believes they know better than everyone else whether/what kind of god exists just doesn't get the top spot in my book.

I bet it wouldn't be that hard to look up, it'd only be a few generations back. I mean, my dad's dad was born before Knowles was. And it'd be really cool to find out you were, wouldn't it? =D

Unfortunately there is a decided lack of information regarding not only where my own Knowles relations come from but also where John Knowles originates also. The only connection I see is that of an association with a lesser-known Kennedy clan, not even sure if it is the same lesser-known Kennedy clan.

I found that really off putting too, but she's so straightforward about it, so I respect that. But yeah, telling other people what they believe is stupid is a pretty heinous thing to do.

I think most of the reason I like her so much is because she constantly calls Faye on her shit when nobody else does, and I can't stand Faye. XP
