It's a little hard to say that straight out, though. I love het, yuri, and yaoi -- and tend to gravitate towards yaoi. But I'm still a lesbian, and I know this for a fact -- imaginary boys can be exciting, ink-and-paper drawings can be hot, but IRL the male physical form does absolutely nothing at all for me. Only being sexually attracted towards girls, you'd think I wouldn't love yaoi/slash or think it was hot, but... *shrugs* What goes on in my head is different from what I'd like to go on in real life.

I think it might have a lot to do with acceptance and romanticism, though. I believe I could emotionally fall in love with a male. And most if not all of the straight yaoi-loving boys and straight yuri-loving girls I know (admittedly a small number) are way, way more accepting of homosexuality in the world and among people they know than most, without just turning it into a fetish. (Ie, the slash-loving girl at my school who got all starry-eyed around gay or bi boys, but threw a bitch-fit when she found out one of her best friends was a lesbian.)

IF ANY OF THAT MAKES SENSE. I don't know how to not talk a lot. :|
