I'm gonna guess the character in question was Madam Lan. Her backstory (with how willing she actually was to marry Qinghen-jun to spare her own life and her motive for killing Qinghen-jun's teacher etc being very unknown) could possibly be viewed through the lens of sexual assault, I guess. Or more accurately, forced marriage and marital rape. Which... I'm not even sure if that's illegal everywhere in the world even in modern day, much less ancient China.

But that is very much a... we don't know. We only hear her story briefly from another person who also doesn't know. Likely no one knew! But that's the only character I can think of who has something that could potentially be viewed as sexual assault in their canon backstory.
