DS9 secret: Fairly recently I've been seeing more people supporting the idea that Ziyal should have dated Jake on the show. Even though I'm not against the idea, I think I would have rather seen Ziyal and Alexander meeting together instead.

Frankly either of those would have been better than the Ziyal/Garak thing the show was hinting out without completely going there. That was one of my least favorite DS9 plotlines.
