No. Just no. And I say this as someone who loath's Snape. James and his gang didn't know about the spells Snape was inventing when they bullied him. They didn't know he was going to become a death eater either. All they knew at the time of bullying was that he was a Slytherin loner who was friends with Lily Evans.
