That's not even the worst of them- the girls here are dressed up quite a bit, in fact. In contrast, for example, look up Mona (bathing suit with pantyhose), Lisa (just basically lingerie), Beidou (plus heels, as a pirate), Fischl (all over design accident) or newest, Raiden, Yae or Kokomi (they all literally look like they're just wearing panties with an otherwise complete outfit).
