103 is one of the dumbest things I have read, ever. It's saying it's not okay for women to be antagonistic?! Well, OP, I'm afraid evolution has already decided this is how it is. Women don't adore each other, any more than men do, when they come into direct competition and this is nature not someone deciding to 'act cool'.
