There are more ficlets out there if you're willing to look through the kink meme at blindfold_spn. General Castiel whump, not torture specifically, is more common, and I'm sure if you made a post requesting Castiel whump recs at spn_castiel, people would point you toward their favorites. You could use a sock if you're shy, but I wouldn't be. Castiel fandom appears to be pretty torture-friendly. XD
