Jack is totally in love with the Doctor, one reason the canon so-called relationship is as meaningless as it is, except when RTD or his minions use it to character assassinate Jack. (Listen to John's voice when he says "I found my Doctor" and tell me Barrowman can't act.)

Barrowman's scene's with James Marsters in the first and last epsiodes of the 2nd series were sizzle-icious as well. (And I think the Jack/Owen subtext is beautifully acted as well.)

However, the 90% of the fangirling is given to the canon so-called relationship, and hence I assumed that the commenter was referring that piece of tripe when making the point that Mr. Barrowman is not being given proper context to show his talent on Torchwood.
