I think that's part of the appeal? Sort of how like people complain that celebrities in Hollywood look all the same, and how movie and tv production in other countries have more diverse looks in terms of facial features (fans of telenovelas, please don't @ me). I honestly started to feel better about my own voice and odds of starting a podcast hearing them, not in a mean way, but in a "maybe people will like me too?" way.
