Vent thread
Re: Vent thread
My health insurance has decided that suddenly, this month, after covering all my migraine meds in the past, that it only wants to cover one short-term migraine med and has denied the one drug that has been a real game changer for me in the past year in terms of stopping migraines right when they start.
I spent 3 hours at the dentist today, and I don't have the time or energy to deal with this.

(Anonymous) 2021-09-28 01:28 am (UTC)(link)For context: my friend group has a Discord for group chatting, sharing pictures, planning movie watches, that kind of thing. Most of the time it's just people chatting and joining in on conversations when they feel like it, but other times someone will go "hey does anyone want to play Among Us/Gartic Phone/Jackbox?" and then whoever is around and feels like playing will join in. The general rule is that if it's mentioned in chat it's open to anyone who wants to play, but I guess this friend wants a hand-lettered invitation or something because she's been bitching about how we're "not including her" when it's like... you're free to come join any game at any point? You don't need to be invited?? You've never needed to be specifically invited? You literally just need to say "I'd like to play"!
It's incredibly frustrating because she could solve this problem if she just took the tiniest bit of initiative!
