He is a jerk. Nobody is disagreeing with that.

But it’s more complicated than what you and OP are saying when it comes to boundaries, and how little people respect them. I believe Kesha is one of the few people who meant nothing by it. But it’s a lot more of a problem in general that people who don’t like being touched are not given any consideration.
