for me, it does also kind of depend on what role that person has. an actor for the most part is not the one who wrote the character or created the story, and that's different from say, a musician. actors are playing a part.

case in point i was a huge queens of the stone age fan but after reading about the shit josh homme (frontman and writer of a lot of their songs) had been doing to his kids LINK i don't think i'm going to be able to listen to their music anymore without thinking of this.
