When I first started writing it I was convinced that my fic was a masterpiece and everyone in my tiny fandom would love it. Now I'm halfway done and I'm so wrapped up in self-doubt that I just want to finish it, even if nobody cares.

People can get very tired, in the middle of creating something new, and that makes it very easy to feel doubt about the work.

It's gonna be okay, nonny.

(And even if the only one who likes it is you? You still put something beautiful into the world.)
