Gah I hate working with bigots

One of my coworkers was relaying something he'd seen on local news recently, that "illegals" from Vietnam were being smuggled into the US and given residency in exchange for working on illegal "pot and sex farms."

I know he's a huge Trump stan and lives in a dream world where the chump is a lovely kind person with a heart of gold who shares his largesse wherever he goes, but I was five seconds from getting fired for going on a profanity filled rant about Fox News and OANN where customers could hear.

I mostly love my job and I'm grateful I get to work so close to home, but at my last location we only had one right wing Jesus freak and the one before had none, and hoo boy do I miss not having to hear this shit and I really desperately miss knowing all my coworkers were vaccinated.

For everyone's safety but also a little spite I hope the fundie antivaxxers at my job have their religious exemptions denied. They're not getting their antivax bs from the Bible anyway and "owning the libs" is not a tenet of any religion, much less the Christianity they claim to adhere to.

...Sounds almost more like Q's kind of thing than straight MAGA, but they've been intermarrying for the last few years. -_- (And it's kind of funny to see them turning on Trump when he suggested he had been vaccinated and encouraged them to do so - first unselfish thing he's done in years and his cult boos him.)

My church had a free public vaccination clinic last Friday and is having another one this weekend, so indeed - anti-vax sentiment has nothing to do with religion if the religion you claim is Christianity, and these people need to stfu and stop making us look like idiots. I'd say they should come to my church and get vaxxed and learn something, but they might have to sit next to a "illegal" brown person or share the bathroom with one of those scary trans people, which is probably a dealbreaker. :P
