Sure. Or a buff lady providing an awakening to a city guy/gal/non binary pal works too.

But rather than being specifically buff it's being *strong*. There are so few ways strength is demonstrated in modern life/media without violence. And sure perfect musculature is neat to look at but that's not how working bodies look without specific effort. Idk what I'm saying here except big tummies/thighs are welcome in my ideal fic.
