I should probably be a bit ashamed but I think it's not that bad. I was expecting 14-15, which would have been much more problematic imo, but given that I used to ship Snarry back in the day I try not to judge.

Canonically Elezen don't hit their adult growth spurt until their early 20s so he can be in this weird... 16-18 canon range (SHUT UP SE, there is no way ARR-SHB took place in 6 months you're CRAZY), and time can also progress without us wondering why he doesn't look like an adult yet.

To basically paste what I wrote below:

Adult Elezen are around 7' tall! My player character is 5'3" and her head comes up to a little below Estinien's (the tall one) armpit when she stands next to him. Alphinaud there (the shorter one) is probably around 4'9" or so based on how tall he is compared to my character. So he's short but he's not actually that short, Estinien is just that tall.

NAYRT--yeah, I was assuming I was looking at someone in the 7-10 range paired with an adult, which is a lot even for me and I like plenty of age gap ships.
