There's a lot of kinks I don't get but I can see why somebody would like them. But this one I just do not get at all.

Yes. I can imagine why someone would enjoy it in a non-sexual sense, find it comforting. But I don't get how it would be a sexual kink. Then again, there are a lot of kinks I just don't get.

Hard same. There's a ton of littles fic in my current fandom and I am just aggressively turned off by it. There's nothing wrong with it, and there's nothing wrong with being into it. But man, me and this trope/kink are oil and water.

I get that being a guilty pleasure-- I fell down a rabbit hole reading some because a writer I'd liked a fic from had written a lot of the genre, and I'm always into nonsexual kink, especially with caretaking, but like... it's a tricky thing for me, because it's hard to find for my fave character without diapers coming into it, and the adult baby/diaper thing is a HARD no for me.

Yeah, this is one of those where I didn't mean to like it but I read the wrong fic and WHOOPS I get it now.

To me it's all about the tenderness, the care, the authority AND the responsibility. It hits really well when the characters specifically are bad at talking about their feelings. Or if they're absolute shit at letting themselves be vulnerable. God it's just all about vulnerability and dependency and it can be so good.

But also I cannot fucking stand baby talk so very rarely does any fic of it work for me.
