(Anonymous) 2021-11-11 02:39 pm (UTC)(link)I almost feel bad for how amusing I found the Quibi situation in particular, because the creators seemed earnest in their endeavors. But the product was just not very good, and that fact was already obvious to the majority of people from not only the premise itself, but those obnoxious ads they spammed on YouTube. The one with the airplane pilots delaying landing the plane “for one more Quibi” was particularly bad, because it had a certain smugness to it that’s not very good as an advertisement.
