I wouldn't be complimented by the comparison to Misato, she is an alcholic slob who wants to be a mother/lover of a fourteen year old boy, and that is whenever she isn't falling into bed with her toxic old boyfriend for hatesex. And she is a bad driver, or at least a petulant driver, to boot.

Hmmm, yeah, that doesn't sound good. Mostly what I had picked up of her was that she has purple hair, drinks too much, and lives with a penguin or something, which sounded okay to me except the drinking too much. Oh well, just as well I can't remember the context for someone telling me that. :D

She is also a fierce badass, gorgeous, soldier who is dedicated to the idea of saving the world, just a shame the organisation she is working for is evil. And in the reboot movies she isn't quite so... wanting to bang a kid while mothering him. So if it is reboot Misato, you are more or less okay. Original flavor Misato is more complicated. I, personally, still would not be that complimented though.

Hmm. I can't even recall when it was that whoever it was told me that - I'm not even sure why I remember it other than "huh, I don't know the character, maybe I'll find out someday". So no clue if they meant OG or reboot.

But eh well. Eye of the beholder perhaps - and honestly I'm not kidding, they may have just been talking about the purple hair, since that sorta is a thing I have been known for. XD
