Yeah, there isn’t much in the way of Japanese food where I live (we have two sushi places and a place that serves ramen and takoyaki), so my limited exposure to it probably plays a big part in why I don’t like it. I’ve enjoyed dango, okonomiyaki, and shabu shabu, but I had a hard time with the last one because I haven’t been able to get the hang of chopsticks.
