It's a cake show. She knew this when she signed the contract to eat cakes on it.

I don't think she's saying *she* shouldn't be eating it ever, but that as a dessert/cake/whatever, she's saying a thing is delicious enough despite being loaded with calories that it's worth it to eat.

Pretty sure she was totally on board with it being a cake show.
