I'm done. Legal ways Do Not Work. So what's the best way to straight up murder the squatters that have been vandalizing my neighbourhood for the last year and half? For months and moths my intrusive thoughts have suggested setting fire to the huge piles of garbage they're living in and until now always decided against it, but...

What legal things have you done?

Repeatly phoning the police. Emailing the city hall, having the neighbours who lost their homes engaging eviction procedures with the public prosecutor, boarding all the broken-into houses, sending recorded letters to the prefecture, getting all the local landlords together to install a security gate at our alley's entrance.
Other than versing into illegal ways--fireguns are not allowed here for civilians--and forming a militia to shoot ourselves any trespassers, I don't know what else to do.

Oh I don't know, living in constant fear among drug dealers, drug users that will assault you at knifepoint to rob a few coins, arsonists, vandals, piles and piles of garbage and shit, rats anf bottleflies, etc etc for over a year now while the police Does Nothing about it? My psychiatric says I have General Anxiety Disorder and my mother armchair-diagnosed me with PTSD from the first housefire and house intrusions last year.

Well at this point, yes. I've been triyng to do things the raight way and be patient and understanding and put myself in their shoes 18 months ago and it slowly drove me insane, now I have no empathy left. I hate feeling anxious all the time, suicidal, and plagued with murderous impulses, but seriously, fuck it all at this point.

First of all, get better advice on how to get results from legislators. Emailed complaints and recorded letters go straight into the circular file. Literally the only things on that list that had the remotest chance of being effective we’re boarding up the alley and the legal recourse that may have been taken by people who aren’t you. Maybe you personally should try doing anything with a chance of working before asking the internet for murder tips, you crazy sumbitch.

Well, when someone in my neighbourhood did this they also killed a 15-year-old girl so would not recommend.

Where are they actually squatting? Who owns that property?

Several houses in a little private one-way street, that belong to a social houser and several different landlords. They first broke into one that was at the time empty, then harrassed, assaulted, drove from their legitimate home at least two tennants, destroyed everything inside, put garbage everywhere, got rats everywhere too, set fire to another one of the houses. Possibly murdered or covered for one of their own's ODs.

Too risky. No matter how angry you are, accidentally accidentally killing someone is never worth it. The stain would be on your soul forever.

I don't have a soul anymore, they slowly broke it away piece by piece over that last year. All I'm concerned at this point is getting caught and getting a legal record when they still walk free after averything they've done (see above).

Nobody here is going to encourage you to break the law and put lives at risk.

I am extremely sorry for your situation though and hope a miracle presents itself to you.

You could try parking yourself in front of the occupied property and scream every night until they tire out? You can "fake" having panic attacks and such so you'd be legally safe. Probaly. If the police don't act against those people I doubt they'll put you in prison for something like that.
The worse that can happen in this situation is violent act toward youself, but maybe you can protect yourself hiding your face and calling other people/friends to scream with you LMAO
Try taking this horrible situation with a pinch of irony to save your sanity. I know it sound impossible and maybe it is, but try it for your sake.

Please, don't do anything violent. They don't deserve all the years of guilt and more than probable imprisonment you'll face for it.

If you are completely losing your mind (which is understandable), maybe the safest bet is selling your house if it's your property and start somewhere else. Nothing and nobody deserve your freedom and sanity. As long as you are free (not in prison etc) you can change your situation. Try not to change it with a worse outcome than now. Wishing you the best.

If they seriously are drug dealers and they deal there, you can try filming everything and sending the proof to the police?
Or you can also try destoying their eletricity/water lines to render those houses inabitable and hope they leave. This is still illegal and if caught you'll probably face dire consequences, but at least it's not violent?

Trust me if I could sell my house I would have done so a long time ago but nobody with an ounce of sanity will buy it, or rent it either.

There is no water and not heating anymore in most of the squatted houses and I've cut electric cables when I could but they Do Not Care and just shit in the very rooms they sleep, eat and shoot up heroin. How they don't simply die of rat and/or shit related infections is a mystery to me.

Take some good pictures and/or videos of the disaster in progress. Post it on Twitter and @ the ministry of public health (or whatever you have), city hall, whatever social justice or save the children group is vocal in your city and at least two news stations. If no one gets back to you, follow up with a phone call to whatever station likes to be the most inflammatory and invite them to come on over to your neighborhood.

So given some of your other things: how white are you and how dark are they?
