Not getting things diagnosed until late is the worst. My mental illnesses and learning disabilities weren't diagnosed until college, and it lead to a lot of issues. I'm sorry you didn't get your particular needs recognized early on. I hope that in spite of that you are able to get whatever help you need and continue to be your awesome self in life.

And I really hope you manage to get some good sleep and take care of yourself.
