(Anonymous) 2021-12-04 11:18 pm (UTC)(link)If the show is fully set on Tatooine, that'd definitely be a thing. Live-action Star Wars doesn't usually dig in on a single planet and examine it. Rebels managed some for Lothal in the cartoon, but I think the only planet we've really sat on for any length of time in live action were Coruscant and Naboo in the prequels. Possibly Jedha in Rogue One, a little bit. But even then, that wasn't really about the planets themselves, but just using them as lynchpins in the wider galaxy.
And Tatooine would be such a perfect world to pick to do this with. We've seen it so many times on flying visits. It's produced or harboured so many of the big figures of galactic history. It'd be really great to actually sit down with it for a good long while and see what makes it tick.
