Hmm...yeah, I guess it's possible to have "dark bags", but generally IRL people have bags that are the same colour as the rest of their skin. Generally highlighted, since they're elevated and more likely to catch the light.

OTOH, I'm not in any cartoon fandoms, so I'm not sure how they might be drawn.
