She IS manipulative, but so is every other character on the show. And just like with everyone else, she has completely understandable reasons to act like she does. Even if her methods might be questionable, her motives are not. And when you meet her mother and see how she was brought up, you'll realize she's a goddamn saint. XD

She's written as human, and a deeply flawed one at that. That's what makes her so compelling.

what is your definition of manipulative? caitlyn, vi, ekko, sevika, viktor and heimerdinger are as straight as they come
