Favorite: Becky on Roseanne and how hilariously it was handled.

Michiel Huisman was an upgrade (IMO) as Daario in GoT.

Least Favorite: Does the Grindelwald reveal at the end of the first movie count?

what killed me was New!Becky was much too old. She looked more like she was Roseanne's sister.

Sarah Chalke was born in 1976 and Lecy Goranson was born in 1974, so the second Becky was two years younger than the original and she was 17 in her first episode (in 1993). Maybe you're thinking of someone else?

DA

How could Sarah Chalke look so old to you when she was 17 that you think she looked like Roseanne’s sister? Sarah Chalke didn’t even look old enough to be Roseanne’s sister when she was on Scrubs. Unless you mean she looked like a much younger kid sister, I don’t understand this opinion at all?? And I know you don’t mean it this way, because I think you’re a nice person, but it feels a little mean to say someone who was 17 years old at the time looked like more like the sister of someone who was about 40 at the time instead of looking like her daughter.

Least favorites: Meg on Supernatural, Ruby on Supernatural, the recast of Evelyn for Mummy 3,

Favorites: Ian McDiarmid as Palpatine (he did such an amazing job Palpatine has become a favorite character of mine)

Mark Ruffalo as hulk/Banner, Don Cheadle as Rhodey, Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent was the best part of that entire trilogy

Every Doctor recast but especially 11 and 12

Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan

Mark Hamill as the voice of the Joker

Both the recastings of Hannibal Lecter (the recasting for Silence of the Lambs and then for the tv show)

The recasting of Aragorn. I love Stuart Townsend (and him in Queen of the Damned is very close to my mental picture of "fair form" Sauron), but he would not have worked for Aragorn. And Viggo went the extra mile and beyond for the role and did amazing job.

The recasting of Janeway. I don't know what the other actress would have been like, but Kate Mulgrew was amazing and made the role her own and is at least a huge part of the reason why Janeway is my favorite captain. Now, turns out she's not great in real life. But as an actress, she shines.

I definitely agree with Aragorn and Janeway. Obviously, we don't know what the alternative would have been like but the versions we got were so good (and I can't see Stuart Townsend working in that part, either).

My fave was the sidekick from Due South. Was his name Ray?

They swapped actors *in the same episode* without mentioning it, with the hero trying to work out why everyone was calling this new guy by his friend's name...

Something something, going undercover and needed a replacement, something. It was just so blatant and in-your-face and cheerful about it.
