I'm eating cold cheese ravioli with tomato/garlic sauce and will be eating corned beef hash after. It's just me and my mother here, so she said she ain't cooking. It's pretty depressing.

Sorry you're not having a good day. Ask her to teach you to cook your favorite holiday stuff? I learned from my mom and now that I've only got two uncles left, each with their own family, it's nice to be able to cook holiday stuff I learned from my mom and other relatives for friends and myself.

I thought she'd be cooking a little bit since she had a gigantic food delivery from the store yesterday, and I thought her husband would be back from visiting his family but he's not back yet. So her attitude was: I cooked ravioli earlier, there's leftover General Tso's if you want it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
