op, i'm a lesbian and so many writers just end up writing their "lesbian" female characters as "will-she-or-wont-she" bisexuals and then later "confirm" her orientation depending on audience approval. i'm cynical about that, but not with shippers taking what is already in the source material, if anything they're more honest with themselves than the creators hahahahaha
