She argues that she didn't see most of what Mulder claims, though I think more accurately she doesn't remember most of what she saw. After the hallway (thatfuckinghallway, I was mad in 1998 and I'm mad now) it sort of makes sense that things would at best be a blur for her.

Meanwhile nearly any time she's taking the leap of faith and it involves a religious case, Mulder is not only the skeptic, he's a giant ass about it (cf Revelation, All Souls, some parts of Hollywood A.D.; he buys into it in Millennium more than usual but I think that's because he's got a man crush on Frank)
