Hahaha. My cat hates shut doors too. And she is very good at getting them open too. She avoids the bathroom when I'm in a bath or shower, though.

I really hope next year is better for all of us and COVID goes away for good.

Hahaha, I had one cat who used to sit by the tub and cry, presumably because her human was being subjected to so much water! The horror! The boy I still have is a doofus and very clingy and I always vaguely wonder if this will be the day he actually jumps in with me while I'm filling the tub instead of just putting his paws up on the edge of it and wiggling his butt in preparation...

Another friend of mine who skipped MAG says he and his wife will definitely be at ACen in May if it's not cancelled, so I will get to see them again if it's safe for my immunocompromised self! They were some of the last friends I saw at the last con I attended, first weekend of 2020 (during the downtime of which I was reading the news in my room and thinking that this stuff about a "strange new virus" that was popping up in China didn't sound good...) so it would be a nice aspect of the comeback. :D
