I'd probably try possum and raccoon just for the novelty factor, as a regular thing though? Nuh-uh. I do like confit frogs legs though. They show up as a novelty party food around giftmas time in one of the Polish delis around here.

Raccoon apparently used to be seen as pretty tasty; someone sent one to the White House for dinner but they (I forget what president's family) kept it as a pet instead.

If you eat possum you're supposed to catch it alive and feed it a bland grain diet for a week before slaughter so it doesn't taste nasty, at least according to my old edition of Joy of Cooking.
