I've said before that I'm fully convinced the big reason people throw temper tantrums over being asked to wear a mask is because they know that if they do, that might actually force them to have to either actualy shut up for a while, or be more concise in what they're saying (since it can be hard to speak at length with a mask on, depending on the situation). They're so used to being able to openly and loudly spew their bullshit to anyone within earshot without incident, and they're pissed that wearing a mask might limit, at least a little, their ability to do that.

I heard my friend's roommate's cousin's mechanic's dick fell off because his mask was too tight!

And my sister's best friend from elementary school that she hasn't talked to in 20 years posted on facebook that her massage therapist says they can make you miscarry because they make you breathe CO2!

And my dad's retired mechanic friend who spends every day at the bar says the virus is fake anyway but even if it wasn't, everyone knows you can just cover your mouth, everyone says "cover your mouth" when you sneeze, not "cover your nose," right? And he had an uncle who was a doctor, he must know what he's talking about!

I have to wear a n95 mask to work because of people who unfortunately don’t understand masking.

The local Starbucks is drive through only as well.

And this is in an area where vaccines are popular?
