Most often for me it is devil-stand ins like The White Witch, David from the Alien-verse, Randall Flagg. But also the androgynous devil from Passion of the Christ (one of the few semi-decent parts of that movie), Gabriel Byrne in End of Days, Viggo in the Prophecy, and the Paradise Lost Devil.

Not particularly into the show Lucifer, that devil is far too nice for my usual type. I like full-on-evil, creepy, maybe helping the good guys but doing it entirely for evil reasons.

Supernatural Lucifer was pretty hot at least in his early appearances. And for some reason (probably Tim Curry's voice) The Darkness does it for me too.

so someone who is specifically oppositional or ultimately destructive to the universe/world? I can't say I don't get it.
