The one on the left I guess looks a little like James, if you squint. But other than the reddish-purpleish hair(which still doesn’t look anything like her hair) the one on the right looks nothing like Jessie. I’m sure Jessie wore her hair in a ponytail at some point in that long ass anime, but that’s not the hairstyle she’s known for.

So I would not have made that connection at all that these characters are “realistic” Team Rocket, personally.
