(Anonymous) 2009-03-18 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)I just mean, his feelings about sex (He's practically asexual, thinks people are out having too much sex and it's bad for society in general etc) reflects mine albeit for different reasons and not to that extreme in anyway. The huge difference is I know my feelings are mostly irrational and I don't expect anyone to act differently. I'm not asexual (I have urges and think about it) but I am pretty damn close and just feel a tad less okay about those feelings because he reminds me of that stuff in two different ways. (reminds me that I have those urges by being attractive to me, and reminds me that those feelings make me feel bad sometimes)
Is it like, hearing him say it confuses you because you wonder if that's what you'd sound like if you ranted about it?
I would never rant about it, but yea, I have opinions on things that even if I just suggested that I feel that way I'd be looked at like a crazy pants. Um. Thanks for listening.
