The scrapped album that killed our faves singing career has finally seen the light of day after 15 years. And I’ve been recruited to do the graphic design for it because I’m the only one on the team who does graphic design. Like, it’s nothing I haven’t done before, but it was fiddly and annoying trying to format a lyric booklet on an iPad.

Plus there’s that whole thing where people thing the singer is a loser because they haven’t had a hit since the early 00s and we’re scared of not only negative feedback within the fandom, but negativity from rival fandoms.

Oh, and that whole possibly being sued for releasing copyrighted material thing.

I’m also having some issues with the music because the album was made in 2006 and you can tell.

But the fandom’s happy, and that’s all that matters. *twitches*

I just had to google if Christian Kane had an album coming out, but it turns out there are a multiple singers who had projects canceled that killed their singing. Go figure. I'm sorry you're dealing with all that, I probably don't know the artist but I appreciate your effort.

Damn... I'm sorry OP.

To be fair, if there was ever a time to come back with a dated/early 2000s sound, now is the time, what with the early 2000s aesthetic and sound Gen Z is coming out with (with a twist if sorts) if TikTok and my YouTube algorithm is anything to go by. Depends on the genre of course, but I think it's sort of happening across the board.
