Same. The anxiety of a friend asking me "did you write Secret X?" and choosing to DM long essays on why I was wrong is why I don't tell my friends about FS. I prefer the discussions from these secrets to be on here only.
I wouldn't want to have friends use the secrets at this place as fuel to start/continue petty drama either (back when FS was huge and I had friends who visited FS this happened and I would slip out of those discussions).

Yeah unless you're going to get really creative on the secret without specifying the fandom and/or tweaking the truth it can easily feel like you're going to get caught out by people who know you.

Oh, mood. Though it's entirely possible one or two have found this place and just assumes I don't know about it. Maybe we are just dancing this dance where we all go and then post secrets about each other but we just assume it's talking about someone else but we'll never openly talk about it so we'll never know so aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
