If you have decent health insurance asking your GP might be a good route? I'm biased, cuz I've been going to the same dude for 20 years, cuz he's a sweetheart who LISTENS to me. If you have one of those you trust they can refer you to the right place, or at least the next step to getting medication if you want that.
